Strong Foundations is for women who are ready to build sustainable habits, improve their relationship with food and fitness, and shift their mindset in a way that leads to long-term success without obsession, burnout, or perfectionism.

Weekly Live Coaching Calls 

 1-2 touchpoints each week to receive hot seat coaching, ask questions, and reset your focus. 

Weekly Mindset Themes

 We’ll focus on one mindset theme each week to help you rewire unhelpful beliefs and stay grounded in a more confident, empowered version of you. 

Workout Templates

 Follow flexible, easy-to-use workout plans that support your goals — whether you’re at home or in the gym. 

One Private 1:1 Session

 You’ll start the program with a 1:1 call to go over your goals, your history, and what you hope to get out of this experience. 

Built-in Accountability

 This group is about showing up. Weekly check-ins, live calls, and daily touchpoints keep you on track — with a coach and community in your corner every step of the way. 

Private Group Support

 You’ll have direct access to me and your community through simple apps that make it easy to stay connected and supported between calls.
